Welcome to Luku Fiti! Before you start buying or selling, here’s what you need to know:

🛍️ Using Our Platform

You must be 18 years or older to create an account or make purchases.

All items listed should be gently used or vintage clothing (no fake or illegal goods).

Be honest when describing items — buyers deserve clear and accurate info.

💳 Payments

Buyers pay through our secure checkout system.

Sellers get paid after the buyer confirms everything’s okay (or automatically after a set time if there’s no complaint).

🔁 Returns & Refunds

Refunds are only available if an item is damaged, defective, or not as described, and must be requested within 3 days of delivery.

🚚 Shipping

Sellers are responsible for shipping items within the agreed time.

Buyers should double-check their delivery info — we’re not responsible for orders sent to the wrong address.

🚫 Things You Can’t Do

No listing of stolen, fake, or inappropriate items.

Don’t spam, scam, or harass other users — we’re building a safe and supportive community.

Don’t copy or misuse content from our platform.

📌 Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or remove accounts that break these rules or misuse the platform.
