3. Non-Refundable Items There are some items that are not eligible for a refund, including items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way. Final sale items, such as clearance or promotional items, are also non-refundable.

4. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

5. Exchange Policy We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item, please request a refund and place a new order for the item(s) you would like to receive.
